At alegant.eu, every order is prepared with the same care and attention as the piece itself. Each jewellery item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, wherever in the world you may be.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods or for bespoke and personalised orders, processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you promptly should this be the case.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.
We ship worldwide from our fulfilment centre in the United States. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at team@alegant.eu.
As we ship from the United States, international orders — including those delivered within the European Union — may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees or product prices.
We are unable to predict or control customs processing times, which may add additional days to the estimates above. alegant.eu is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.
Please note that we are legally required to accurately declare the contents and value of all shipments. We are unable to mark orders as gifts or understate their value.
Each alegant.eu piece is dispatched in our signature luxury packaging, designed to protect your jewellery during transit and to make every unboxing a memorable experience. Our packaging is thoughtfully made with sustainability in mind.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notification with instructions for redelivery or collection. Should a parcel be returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed collection, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
alegant.eu is not liable for parcels lost or delayed due to an incorrect delivery address provided at checkout. Please review your shipping details carefully before confirming your order.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at team@alegant.eu within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the matter with the carrier and work swiftly to find a satisfactory resolution.
We strongly recommend retaining all original packaging and photographing any damage upon receipt, as this may be required for the carrier's claims process.
